We had great experiences with the sales agent and the home buying process. When we went to the design studio, they listened to our concerns and passion for what we wanted in our home. Solid understanding of core design principles and color concepts and proven ability to apply. Our building manager Steve went above and beyond to make sure we got everything fixed according to our satisfaction. But this involved time and effort that could have been avoided. Overall, WestBay is doing things the right way and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new house.

My hope is that they stay this way and don’t expand too fast as a company. They should keep the company private so they can retain their customer centered values. Keri is great, she is very helpful and responds efficiently. Jim did a nice job during the construction and closing phase. Look forward to working with Michelle with the 30 day inspection coming up. The HOA approval process did not seem as efficient however my request was more of an urgency and they may not be equipped to facilitate these types of requests.

Overall, I would say they definitely are one of the best homebuilders in Florida. We had a wonderful experience with WestBay from start to finish. Any minor issues we did have are more related to the homebuilding industry in general. Consultants will be responsible to maintain studio displays, current samples and overall appearance of the design studio.
